Media Release and Consent Agreement
By submitting this entry to the GrowMás™ Grow a Row Challenge (the "Contest"), I hereby grant Ecolution Agricultural Sciences Inc. ("Ecolution"), its affiliates, successors, and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the photographs, images, videos, comments, testimonials, and any other content I submit (collectively, "Submitted Content") in connection with the Contest and for any marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.
This includes, without limitation, the right to use the Submitted Content on the GrowMás™ website, social media channels, print materials, trade show displays, product packaging, press releases, and any other media or platform, whether now known or hereafter developed.
I further grant permission to use my name, likeness, company/farm name, location, and any statements or testimonials provided in connection with the Submitted Content for the purposes described above.
I represent and warrant that: (a) I am the sole owner of the Submitted Content or have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties depicted or involved; (b) the Submitted Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; and (c) I am at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
I waive any right of inspection or approval of the final use of the Submitted Content and release Ecolution from any claims arising from the use of the Submitted Content as described herein, including any claims for compensation, damages, or moral rights.
I understand that this consent is voluntary and that my participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
